Cancellation Policies

• Registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded if written notice is received BY February 17, 2023. Requests for refunds will NOT be honored after February 17, 2023.
• No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
• No refunds will be issued for the cancellation of Short Courses, Tutorials or Roundtables.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• Refunds can take up to six (6) weeks to be processed.
