The ENAR 2026 Spring Meeting will be hosted at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown in Indianapolis, Indiana, March 15-18, 2026. The meeting brings together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry and government, connected through a common interest in Biometrics.

How to Register for the ENAR 2026 Spring Meeting

Registering as an ENAR member (or Other Society Member)
If you are an ENAR member or have registered for a previous ENAR event, you can register by logging into your ENAR account here. If you are unsure of your log in credentials or have been locked out of your account, please contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org.

Registering on Behalf of Someone
If you are registering on behalf of a colleague, student or employee, and wish to pay by credit card:

Paying By Check
If you need to pay by check, please contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org and we'll create an invoice for the associated registration fees.

Registering When You Don't Have an ENAR Account
If you are not an ENAR member and/or have not attended an ENAR event in the past, you will need to set up an ENAR record. You can do this one of the following ways:

  1. Set up an account here.
    1. Look for this line: Need to register? Click here to create an account.
    2. Once you have created your account, you can register for the ENAR 2026 Spring Meeting.
  2. Visit the ENAR 2026 Spring Meeting registration page here.
    1. Click the blue Register Now button.
    2. Look for this line: Create a new account
      1. If you complete this page and it comes back with a flag that says your email is in use, then your email is already assigned to a record. If this is the case, you can use a different email OR email the ENAR office at enar@enar.org and we can reset your log in credentials.
      2. Once you have your account set up, you can log in and register for the meeting.

Meeting Registration Rates

Please note that your ENAR membership should be current for 2026 to receive membership rates for the ENAR 2026 Spring Meeting. If your membership is not current for 2026, you can expect a renewal request in early January.

**If you are registering as a WNAR or IBS member, you will need to contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org to obtain a discount code for the correct registration rate. Please title your email: WNAR/IBS Member Registration.

*Non-member registration includes membership in ENAR through December 31, 2026.

Membership Status Update

2026 Membership renewals are underway! If you opt to register for the ENAR 2026 Spring Meeting before renewing for 2026, you'll receive a reminder email in January to renew, as your membership status must be current for the year of the meeting. If you have questions, please contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to enar@enar.org. Prior to the 1st of February, 75% of the meeting registration fee will be refunded or full amount can be carried to 2027. After the 1st of February, 75% of the registration fee can be carried over to 2027 and the remaining 25% registration fee will be applied to the admin fee. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. It will take a minimum of six (6) weeks to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for no shows. No refunds will be issued for the cancellation of Short Courses, Tutorials or Roundtables.

If you register for the ENAR 2026 Spring Meeting at the non-member rate, you will be ineligible to receive a refund of the difference between the non-member rate and member rate, without incurring an administrative fee of $50. In addition, any changes to registration due to incorrect payment type, wrong member type or changes above and beyond a simple cancellation or carry over to 2027, will incur an administrative fee of $50.

Photo, Image and Recording Disclaimer
Registration and attendance at the ENAR 2026 Spring Meeting constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the ENAR's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photos, images, video, and/or audio recordings of such events without compensation or approval rights. All photos, images, and recordings are the property of ENAR.

Release of Personal Information for ENAR 2026 Spring Meeting
By registering, you agree to release your name, institution, and email address to our participating industry sponsors. If you wish to opt out of this release of personal information, please contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org.

Course Registration
Short Courses, Tutorials, Roundtables and Career Placement registrations can be added at a later date, however, you will need to email the ENAR office at enar@enar.org for assistance. When sending your email, please include the courses you would like added.
