Contributed Abstracts: The ENAR 2025 Spring Meeting abstract submission window for contributed submissions is now open.
Presentation categories for Contributed abstract submissions include: contributed poster and contributed oral. Priority for oral presentations will be given to abstracts 1) submitted earlier and 2) that ensure session coherence or program diversity.
ENAR allows each speaker, discussant, or panelist to present in only one poster OR one oral session. Presenters may be co-authors on other abstracts, however, organizing or chairing a session does not count. Check out the Participation Opportunities FAQ here.
All contributed abstracts will be accepted, space permitting. If necessary, priority will be given to those finalized and submitted earlier. The program committee reserves the right to move any contributed abstract from an oral or speed to a regular poster presentation, as needed.
Invited Session Abstracts: All invited presenters have been notified via email about their invited session status. If you are unsure of your presentation status, please check with your session Chair and/or Organizer. If you have questions about submitting your Invited Session abstract, please contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org.
Meeting registration is required to present at the ENAR 2025 Spring Meeting. If you submit an abstract prior to registration, we will follow up to alert you when registration has officially opened.
Invited Session Abstracts: All Invited Speakers are required to submit their abstracts through our abstract portal. You can use the Abstract Submissions button below. Please make sure to include your Invited Session ID number when submitting. If you are not sure of your session ID, please contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org. The deadline for invited Session submissions is 11:59 pm ET, October 17, 2024.
Contributed Abstracts: The deadline for contributed abstract submissions is 11:59 pm ET, October 17, 2024. At that time, the submission form will be taken off-line, and no further abstracts will be accepted. ENAR is unable to make exceptions to submission deadlines.
Federal Government Employees: ENAR understands that federal government employees need to go through an extensive approval process for funding to attend the ENAR 2025 Spring Meeting. If you are a federal government employee and would like to submit an abstract but need to bypass registration at this time, please contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org and request your unique registration waiver code. Please note that confirmation of your Federal Government employee status may be requested.
Distinguished Student Paper Award Deadline: The deadline for submissions to the Student Paper Award Competition is 11:59 pm ET, October 7, 2024. Please see the student paper award information page for more information.
After submitting your abstract, you will receive an auto-generated confirmation e-mail summarizing your abstract submission. Your abstract confirmation e-mail will come from enar@enar.org under the subject line "ENAR Abstract submitted." Please check your spam/junk folder if you cannot locate the message within your inbox.
Please verify the accuracy of your abstract submission as presented in this email. If you did not select the green "submit abstract" button, your abstract will remain in edit-mode and incomplete. Incomplete abstract entries will be ineligible for inclusion in the Spring Meeting.
Initial Notification: Notifications that your abstract has been received and accepted will be emailed by the first week of November. This email will simply indicate that your abstract has been received. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please follow up with the ENAR office at enar@enar.org to confirm your abstract has been submitted.
If you did not complete your abstract by the submission deadline, your abstract will be considered incomplete and you will not receive a follow up email. If you believe this may be a mistake, please contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org.
Final Notification: Notifications of presentation format (i.e., poster or oral), session, and time assignments will be emailed mid- to late-January. If you do not receive your notification by the end of January, please contact the ENAR Office at enar@enar.org.
