Registration Details
The ENAR 2027 Spring Meeting will be hosted at the Boston Marriott Copley Place in Boston, MA from March 14-17,2027. The meeting brings together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry and government, connected through a common interest in Biometrics.

ENAR Code of Conduct Policy**
You must agree to the code of conduct policy on the registration form. You can view the code of conduct here.
Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to enar@enar.org.
If notifying ENAR prior to February 1, 2027, a 100% refund, less a $100 administrative fee, will be returned to the registrant.
If notifying ENAR, after February 1, 2027, no refund will be given.
Substitution Policy: Substitutions for registered attendees are permitted through March 5, 2027, upon receipt of written authorization from the original registrant.
- Submit the original registrant's name and the substitute attendee's name and contact information (including email) by email to enar@enar.org.
- By registering for this event, participants agree to comply with ENAR's Code of Conduct policy.
Additional notes:
- No telephone cancellations will be accepted
- It will take a minimum of six (6) weeks to receive a refund
- No refunds will be issued for no shows
- No refunds will be issued for the cancellation of Short Courses, Tutorials, or Roundtables.

By registering, you agree to release your name, institution, and email address to our participating industry sponsors. If you wish to opt out of this release of personal information, please contact the ENAR office at enar@enar.org.
Course Registration
Short Courses, Tutorials, Roundtables and Career Placement registrations can be added at a later date, however, you will need to email the ENAR office at enar@enar.org for assistance. When sending your email, please include the courses you would like added.
